Support Software Engineer

Somebody who approaches Clients' needs pro-actively by proposing them ahead new solutions.

Your role:

Taking care of critical systems for Objectivity customers

Actively monitoring and optimizing client’s solutions to work seamlessly

Working as a team, following best practice, to deliver great support and satisfaction

Taking part in designing and developing fixes and enhancements

Responding to issues and restoring the applications based on wide range of technologies

Working in cooperation with Service Delivery Managers, Technical Architects and Testers

You are The One, if you have:

Commercial experience using Java 8

Customer oriented mindset and high communication skills

Good command of English (B2 or higher)

Hands-on experience in MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL/MySQL

Willingness to self-development for both hard and soft skills areas

Desirable skills:

ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or at least knowledge of ITIL framework

Experience with DropWizard

Experience with AWS SDK
