PHP Developer (freelance)

You will be responsible for the creation of a high-quality software. However, you won’t be working alone. You will be a part of the team where developers, technical architects, business analysts and testers work together. This is because we work in a real Agile environment. We have created our own process, where the crucial aspects are communication and a strong, friendly relationship with the customer. We are also continuously improving our skills and knowledge by means of peer code reviews. We would like you to implement your ideas with us and we are interested to hear your opinions.

About the project: development of an existing platform related with restaurants ordering/delivery; it is a PHP rendered web application. SQL server database. API using Adobe ColdFusion. Docker for local development. TFS for storing the Git backlog, bugs and repo; the team consists of 5 developers, 2 automation testers, 1 manual tester, TA, BA, PM; there is a possibiility to work 100% remotely; the required commitment is 160 hours per month (the hours are flexible subject to cooperation with the team and with the client; it is also possible to perform services at weekends if the number of hours and availability for meetings with the client and team are maintained).

Your role:

Developing a system based on PHP with some part in Adobe ColdFusion.

Working in a way that uses the best practices of Scrum and other agile methodologies.

Being a part of a team dedicated to a particular customer.

Participating in the process of analyzing, designing, implementing and unit testing a new functionality.

Providing high-quality programming standards.

You are The One, if you have:

Commercial experience in creating applications in the PHP language.

Knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery.

Knowledge of GIT, OOP.

Knowledge of SQL Server.

English at communicative level (min. B2).

Very good knowledge of PHP (version 7.4).

Openess for ColdFusion.

Experience with Docker.

Experience with RESTful WebServices.
