Partner Manager

Working from home or at the Wrocław/ Gdańsk office

The primary objective of the Partner Manager will be to successfully develop Objectivity partnership with Microsoft in Poland in the area of Azure, Data & AI and Power Platform.

We look for a strong and self-confident person with a vision and execution. The Partner Manager will be responsible for an efficient collaboration with all stakeholders in Microsoft Poland and colleagues in Objectivity. The person will be closely working with Partner Managers in the UK and Germany, Objectivity Technical Teams, Management team, Sales teams and Marketing teams. The Partner Manager will report directly to the Group Sales Director (Board Member).

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for development of Objectivity Partnership with Microsoft in Poland.

Collaborates with Objectivity internal teams to leverage Objectivity visibility in Microsoft and its Clients.

Create strong Partner network (both sales and technical organisation) within Microsoft.

Strengthen Objectivity awareness and credibility on the Polish (contribute to UK and Germany) by partnering with Microsoft.

Converts Partnership into sales opportunities.

Contributes to development of Objectivity Partnership with Microsoft in the UK and Germany.

Continue engaging Objectivity into Microsoft Programs.

Leverage Objectivity’s Microsoft MVPs to convert into sales opportunities.

Efficiently utilise benefits coming from the Partnership.

You are The One if you have:

Proven track records in the similar position.

Experience in sales /or marketing.

Experience in approaching different stakeholders.

Flexibility and creativity in acting.

Ability to convert talking into actions and deliver these.

Fluent English.

Can do attitude.

Ability to successfully collaborate with technical and non-technical decision makers/ experts.

Understanding of MS technologies/products (Cloud, Data Science, AI, ML).
