Partner Manager, DACH region

Working from home or at the Frankfurt office

The primary objective of the Partner Manager will be to successfully develop Objectivity partnership with Siemens, Microsoft, AWS and other partners in Germany.

We look for a strong and self-confident person with a vision and execution. The Partner Manager will be responsible for an efficient collaboration with all partner organisation stakeholders in Germany and colleagues in Objectivity. The person will be closely working with Partner Managers in the UK and Poland, Objectivity Technical Teams, Management team, Sales teams and Marketing teams. The Partner Manager will report directly to the Group Sales & Marketing Director (Board Member).

Key responsibilities:

Responsible for development of Objectivity Partnership with Microsoft, Siemens, AWS and others in Germany.

Create strong Partner network (both sales and technical organisation) within each partner organisation.

Converts Partnership into sales opportunities.

Expand Objectivity’s engagement in partner programs.

Efficiently utilise benefits coming from the Partnership.

Collaborates with Objectivity internal teams to leverage Objectivity visibility in partner organisations and its Clients.

Strengthen Objectivity awareness and credibility on the German market (contributing to UK and Polish markets) by partnering with partner organisations.

Contributes to development of Objectivity partnerships in the UK and Poland.

Leverage Objectivity’s Microsoft MVPs to convert into sales opportunities.

You are The One if you have:

Proven track records in the similar position.

Experience in approaching different stakeholders.

Ability to convert talking into actions and delivery.

Can do attitude.

Understanding of partner technologies & products (Cloud, Data Science, AI, ML).

Experience in sales /or marketing.

Flexibility and creativity.

Fluent German (C1) and conversational English (B2 minimum).

Ability to successfully collaborate with technical and non-technical decision makers/ experts.
