Junior Rapid Application Developer

This position is aimed at those who work in IT or who are Technical University graduates (Computer Science or similar) and want to take part in the low-code revolution. As a Rapid Application Developer, you will be responsible for delivering value by working close to our customers using rapid development platforms. You will take part in the whole development process – starting from design/estimation stage to delivery. We are looking for people with different experience level, not only software developers. If you would like to deliver quickly, gain experience with rapid development approach (like Mendix, Microsoft PowerApps, OutSystems), or you want to choose a new career path, we are happy to look into your CV. Experience with any low-code platform is an advantage , but we also help to learn it on-board if necessary.

We would like to stress that as a junior, you will be provided with a mentor who will support your development. We want to focus on growth, support – not only in the areas of these platforms, but also in creating and designing applications and good project practices. Your mentor will help you gain more knowledge.

Together with your mentor’s support, you will:

Translate customer requirements into web / mobile applications.

Do visual programming with rapid development platforms (Mendix, Outsystems).

You are the one if you have:

Passion for technology and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Technical background (University and/or professional experience).

Good verbal and written English language enabling successful and effective communication.

Knowledge about model-driven software development.

What would be an asset:

Knowledge of model-driven software development.

Programming skills (any language).

Ability to travel.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Being familiar with rapid application development tools (like Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, Kodi or Microsoft PowerApps).
