As IT Consultant in our growing consulting practice you will support our clients in solving their most complex IT challenges. We work across a variety of business and technical areas:
• Enterprise and Solutions Architecture, Design and Advisory,
• Technology Reviews & Advisory,
• Agile Enterprise Transformation,
• Change Management Planning & Execution,
• Programme & Project Leadership,
• Cloud, Data & BI, DevOps frameworks and technologies.

We seek for a consultant with vivid architectural and technical background. You will be a perfect match if you have experience of working as a Solution Architect, applying modern approaches and design techniques. Ideally you would have experience in designing and delivering modern solutions utilising cloud capabilities, modern data solutions, familiar with Agile Architecture and DevOps concepts.

You will play a crucial role in analysing client motivations, needs and goals, structuring the problems and coming up with the recommendations. You will be advising our clients on maximising the value and effectiveness of IT by optimizing client’s IT landscapes and innovating with state-of-the-art technologies and approaches. Your aim will be to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions making sure the recommended changes go live. Finally, you will observe and measure whether taken steps fulfil the needs of our clients.
Your responsibility will be to influence and lead the teams through consulting initiatives to fulfil client’s objectives.

You will leverage your expertise to:

Work on various aspects of the Business, Solutions and Technology domains.

Identify initiative owners and stakeholders to address the right concerns.

Define and prepare the deliverables and artifacts that support decision making and deliver views required by the stakeholders.

Provide support in implementing the change - facilitating client teams to implement recommendations and making sure the change is permanent.

Identify, assess and analyse client’s challenges and goals, while looking into the context of client’s organisation and situation.

Scope and shape consulting proposals matching client’s expectations.

Provide recommendations and action plans for internal and external stakeholders.

You will practise and grow your leadership skills by:

Leading your consulting engagements, proactively seeking for feedback, and adapting to changing situation and client’s awareness as you and your team go.

Connecting people’s experience and engineering capabilities to provide the best answers to our clients’ challenges.

Assuring the knowledge gained during engagements will be recorded and propagated across our organisation.

Aligning the stakeholders and team members in understanding of key aspects of consulting engagements you lead.

Composing and gearing up the team to achieve the right level of effectiveness though optimal skillset and experience.

Contributing to strengthening our consulting brand by writing articles and collateral development.

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills and enthusiasm for new challenges.

Awareness of IT and business trends and maturity in adoption of new all-shiny, as well as market-proven architectures and technologies in organisations.

Willingness to adapt and combine frameworks, methods and approaches.

Ability to wear “different hats” from pre-sales consulting to delivery.

Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks.

Attention to detail and ability to draw ‘big pictures’, so called ‘zoom in and out’ ability.

Demonstrable experience in IT consulting roles.

Readiness to work onsite with our clients if situation allows.

Excellent communication skills and ability to develop and maintain sources of information.

Understanding of the commercial aspects of the initiatives to find the right balance between cost and business value.

Ability to clearly communicate complex strategies and tactics both visually and verbally.

Experience in leading workshops, preparation and conducting presentations to senior stakeholders.

Ease to adapt to fast changing environments and challenges.

10+ years of strong experience across different IT roles.

Fluency in business English or German (C1 proficiency is essential).
