You will be responsible for two areas: induction and sourcing.
The goal of our Induction is to create an inspiring onboarding process, during which the new person has a chance to find out more about Objectivity and the experts they will work with, and also to get to know our organizational culture better.
In sourcing, we focus on the quality and distinction of our communication. Your task will be to create valuable messages for candidates, selecting the proper target group and staying in touch, because who knows – we might meet once again.
Division of working time:
– Induction 50%.
– Sourcing 40%.
– Support Recuiters 10%.
