have wide HR knowledge while being an expert in at least one area (employer branding, recruitment, learning, development, HR business partnering, building employee satisfaction and involvement)

switch into English smoothly

have experience in recruiting senior managers

think in agile way = have ability to work in dynamic environment and tie up the loose ends

are business-goal oriented & strategic thinker

have made all the mistakes of the new manager and will share this experience with the leaders

Organizujemy go tylko w ramach rekrutacji na stanowiska związane z bepośrednim kontaktem z klientem. Na assessment skałada się symulacja zadań, z którymi możesz spotkać się w pracy np. PM lub BA w Objectivity.
