Digital Sales Automation Specialist (German speaker)

Gdańsk, Wrocław or Germany (mostly remotely)

As a Digital Sales Automation Specialist at Objectivity, you will be taking care of building automates for digital sales, social selling, automated sales nurturing. You will work with analytics of your choice. If you prefer doing so, you are free to use a tool that you used to work with. Your goal would be automating sales process and increasing our range and conversion, mainly on the German market. You would be a part of our German sales team, working among others with Sales Executives. You won’t have to worry about working on it solely on your own – our sales marketing teams will be of help.

There is a possibility to work remotely full time, but we would be happy if you could visit one of our German or Polish offices once in a while.

Key duties and responsibilities:

researching and match making of potential clients on German market,

working on value proposition for defined groups of prospects,

taking end to end responsibility for prospects (including qualification of prospects),

developing in-depth understanding of Objectivity value proposition and the value it brings in solving business problems,

creating and maintaining clients base,

establishing contact including adjusted content depending on target needs,

building and growing network of potential clients,

and all that is with close cooperation of a sales and marketing team.

You are the One if you have:

around 1 year of experience in digital sales automation processes,

knowledge of Facebook, Google and LinkedIn algorithms useful with sales prospecting,

German language at a communicative level (minimum B2) is a must,

understanding of digital sales automation processes and online customer acquisition,

English language at an advanced level (minimum C1),

possibility and willingness to travel to German or Polish office (for around 2 days once in 3 months), when global situation makes it safe and possible.
