Digital Marketing Automation Specialist (with HubSpot)

As a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for building a new area in the team – marketing and sales automation. We are looking for an expert who, based on their experience and knowledge of trends, foreign markets and the HubSpot platform, will increase the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities and will, at the same time, improve the team's competences in this area. Your challenge will be to analyse the actions taken (including the use of the HubSpot platform), summarize their effectiveness and present recommendations aimed at increasing the Objectivity client portfolio.

Your Role:

Combining sales and marketing in the context of lead generation and management.

Providing recommendations aimed at increasing the effectiveness of activities and implementing them with the team.

Sharing knowledge by introducing HubSpot tool to the marketing team.

Aggregating, analyzing and summarizing data with the use of HubSpot.

Cooperating with the sales team in the UK and DE.

Supervising online campaigns.

You are The One, if you have:

At least 2 years of experience in managing HubSpot platform.

Experience in conducting digital marketing campaigns (awareness and lead generation).

Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken) - at least C1 level.

Experience based on actions targeted at B2B sector.

About 4 years of experience in digital marketing.

Experience with daily website management and automation in HubSpot.

Practice in marketing data management and analytics.

Nice to have:

Background in managing social media channels.

Practice in PPC promotions.

Experience in conducting social media (paid) campaigns.
