We’re looking for a Communication Lead whose experience and enthusiasm will help turning ambitious growth plans of our business into action.

The purpose of your role at Objectivity is to continuously improve our communication culture by making internal tools and channels more accessible, more appealing and more useful to all colleagues. We’re operating in 4 locations in Europe, which requires digitalization of our mediums while maintaining our open and friendly working culture.

Your role:

Developing and implementing effective communication strategies that build employee loyalty & engagement programs and brand awareness – including planning and managing the design, content, and production of all internal communication materials.

Creating communication strategies and copywriting for employee & CSR events.

Working with guilds and tribes (departments and projects) to generate new ideas and strategies.

You are The One, if you have:

Min. 3 years in a similar role in tech industry.

A very good command of English – native speakers are most welcome.

Attention to details.

Interpersonal skills that let you engage other people – including social sensitivity.

Writing, editing, and proofreading talent for crafting a compelling content.

Tech-savvy orientation.

General communications best practices and techniques – including insights in business trends, especially internal comms, EB and CSR.

Organizational and coordination skills.

Retain Lead

Hi, my name is Kalina. My strengths, according to the Gallup Institute, are as follows: Woo, Input, Harmony, Communication, and Adaptability. This means I will try to break the ice to make the whole process easier for you. During our recruitment meeting, I will be looking for common ground. I enjoy listening to stories about work experiences, but I also like the possibility to share and explain our offer.
