About the role:

We are looking for a Data Engineer who will be part of the team working for various clients from huge Retailers, through aviation and manufacturing to producers of Whiskey. As a Data Engineer in our growing Data & AI Guild, you will support our clients in solving their challenges with data integration, and database optimisation. This position provides development opportunities in cloud technologies. If you like to have some space and independence, but also work in a Scrum team, then we are likely to cooperate.

Your daily work:

  • Delivering Business Intelligence projects, including data ingestion and transformation; DWH modeling and development; SQL queries optimisation.
  • Working in a way that uses the best practices of Scrum and other agile methodologies.
  • Working both on your own and as a team member.
  • Taking part in each step of development - from requirements gathering until deployment to production.
  • Cooperating directly with clients.

  • We design architectures of analytical solutions that allow clients to process much larger volumes of data and increase analytical capabilities. These solutions are often based on cloud services (Azure, AWS). You will have the possibility to learn all of them.
  • Other BI tools like Tableau, Microstrategy.

Recruitment process

  1. We read through every single CV we are sent. A positive outcome here will mean you are invited for an interview.

  2. You’ll have the chance to meet specialists from our HR Department, as well as from the Technical Department to which you have applied. We want to get to know you and show you a little of the reality of Objectivity.
  3. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  4. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
