Your role:

  • Designing and developing fixes and enhancements.
  • Participant in commercial projects. 
  • Cooperation with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Technical Architects, Quality Engineers, and Developers. 
  • Implementing changes in the system. 
  • Detecting and solving issues in the client's system based on Microsoft's technologies. 
  • Actively monitoring and optimizing existing systems. 
  • Maintaining the client's system following established rules. 
  • Maintain communication with customers. 

You are the One if you have: 

  • Broad T-SQL knowledge. 
  • At least two years of experience using MS SQL Server. 
  • MS SQL SSIS knowledge will be a significant plus. 
  • Code analysis and optimization. 
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certificate or at least knowledge of ITIL framework. 
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher). 
  • Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills. 
  • Willingness to self-development for both hard and soft skills areas. 
  • Programming in any language is a plus (preferably C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript).

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us, or we read your profile on Linkedin (if you have provided a link). We will try to contact you as soon as possible.   2. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Development area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 
  3. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  4. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
