As Service Management Specialist, you need to understand Service Management and Agile methodologies. You will work together with Service Delivery Managers to ensure that our Clients are always provided with the best services. We cooperate mainly with clients based in the UK and Ireland, so fluent knowledge of English is a must for Service Management Specialist. 

Your daily work:

  • Service Management Specialist works together with Service Delivery Managers and Engineers creating line of communication to ensure high quality service delivery 
  • As a part of the IT Support, every day we’re ready to respond to issues that come up as part of our support and maintenance tasks 
  • Service Management Specialist focuses on ensuring compliance with ITIL processes, managing incidents, changes, problems and transferring knowledge 
  • Ensuring Service Management documentation, reports, service reviews to always be relevant, accurate, complete and in time 
  • Taking care of the information flow; setting work schedules so that tasks are completed on time and changes are introduced without any interruptions to our services. 
  • Supporting Service Delivery Manager in building and maintaining strong relationship with our Clients on daily basis 
Must have:
Relevant experience High organisational skills Team player with strong interpersonal skills Professional approach to work Strong sense of responsibility for quality Relevant IT Qualifications, ITIL V4 or V3, Service Management, BSc or MSc are desirable Ability to communicate fluently in English (at least B2 level, both in speaking and writing)
Nice to have:
ITIL V4 or V3 certification Agile or Scrum certification Knowledge of software development lifecycle

Recruitment process

  1. We read through every single CV we are sent. A positive outcome here will mean you are invited for an interview.

  2. During this conversation, we would like to find out a bit more about you. Usually, we are curious about your experience, knowledge of tools and technologies, or we verify the level of your language skills. You can also ask us questions about the role and other topics that you find important.

  3. You’ll have the chance to meet specialists from our HR Department, as well as from the Technical Department to which you have applied. We want to get to know you and show you a little of the reality of Objectivity.

  4. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  5. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
