Job description

About the role:

You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment and taking care of the pre-boarding and on-boarding process of newbies. You will have a daily contact with the business and you will have a chance to implement all your ideas on how to encourage people to join us and stay here for a long time.

Your daily work:

  • Being part of the best in-house recruitment team.
  • Participation in building the employer’s image thanks to out-of-the box ideas.
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for Polish market.
  • Having a variety of tasks and freedom in action.
  • Cooperating with the leaders in an on-boarding process. Taking care of a new employee at Objectivity for the first three months.
  • Building a partner relationship with a business - an important voice in the decision-making process.
  • Cooperating with technical recruiters.
  • Creating an extraordinary Candidate Experience.
  • Monitoring your process and assessing its effectiveness by means of available tools.
  • Cooperating with recruitment agencies and software houses.

Must-have skills & experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge about IT roles.
  • End-to-end Recruitment.
  • Proactive attitude.
  • English (C1 level).
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

  3. You will have the opportunity to get to know people with whom probably you will have a chance to work with. We will also ask you to prepare small task and share results with us.

  4. If we decide to employ you, we call you with an offer. No matter what the result, we contact everyone with detailed feedback about the recruitment process.
