About the role:

This position is aimed at those who work in IT and want to dive into the rapid development technology based on Mendix. If you are interested in delivering value by tailoring proven solutions, if you like a quick delivery, dynamic projects in innovative technologies and have experience in the software delivery area, we will be happy to get your CV. Experience with Mendix, OutSystems, PowerApps or similar technologies is a plus, but we help to learn it on-board. 

Your daily work:

  • Taking part in software projects from design phase through development to the project release;
  • Translating customer requirements into web and mobile application;
  • Designing data models (comparable to UML / ER diagrams);
  • Visual programming with low-code platforms (modeling application logic using diagrams and ready components with limited coding);
  • Constructing interfaces and integrations such as web services;
  • Developing user-friendly applications with modern styling;
  • Building custom components and platform extensions;

You are The One, if you have:

  • Knowledge about model driven software development; 
  • Knowledge about HTML, CSS; JavaScript and Xpath will be an asset; 
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases; 
  • Passion for technology and strong problem-solving and analytical skills; 
  • Good verbal and written English language skills; 

What would be an asset:

  • Basic programming skills; 
  • Knowledge of web pages user experience / accessibility patterns; 
  • Knowledge of rapid application development tools, especially Mendix; 
  • Experience with cloud development / deployment technologies, especially Azure or AWS and Cloud Foundry; 
  • Experience with SOA Architectures (SOAP, RESTfull Web Services); 
  • Experience with Scrum/Agile environments; 
  • Knowledge of version control systems (like SVN/GIT, TeamCity/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence etc.);

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us. We will try to contact you as soon as possible. However, if we decide not to contact you now - don't worry. You can give your consent to participate in future recruitment processes and we will contact you in the future.

  2. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Development area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 

  3. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  4. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
