About the role:

As a leader of software development projects, you need to know the software development lifecycle. The more you have in common with programming, the better a fit you’ll be. Infrastructure, deployment and integration projects are good experiences to have. However, our core activity is software development for external international clients, and we will look for this in your background. Orientation in Agile methodologies is vital as we want to work very closely with our clients. Rather than delivering systems we build relationships. Our clients remain with us for years, which is why we employ Project Managers with a people-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills. We are responsible for delivering value for money to our clients with maximum effectiveness, so we want people ready to take ownership and accept accountability.

Must have:
2+ years of project management experience Great passion about people and leadership Experience in negotiating Proven experience in team management Independency in executing assigned tasks Highly developed communication skills Experience with external clients Agile methodologies English (min. C1)
Nice to have:
Project Management in software development Scaled Agile German (min. B1)

  2. During this conversation, we would like to find out a bit more about you. Usually, we are curious about your experience, knowledge of tools and technologies, or we verify the level of your language skills. You can also ask us questions about the role and other topics that you find important.

  3. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Project Management area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. During such a meeting, we also ask you to complete a task related to the role you are applying for.

  4. During a remote assessment center session, you will be able to play the role of a Project Manager at Objectivity. We have prepared several tasks that take various forms. Most often, they simulate conversations with various stakeholders in our company. You will receive the materials in advance so that you can prepare for the meeting. Afterwards, we will provide you with substantive feedback on your strengths and areas of improvement.

  5. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  6. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
