About the role:

Our Power Platform Developer is involved across whole Software Development Lifecycle to provide our customers with fit-for-purpose solutions based on Power Platform. They are to collaborate with Solution Architect, Business Analysts and Quality Engineers or be ready to work independently on minor engagements. Why are we hiring? Because our customers appreciate our work and therefore, they provide us with more and more projects to deliver. We can also see an increasing demand in Microsoft Business Applications market, and we are expanding our team in order to support these needs.

Your daily work:

  • Developing solutions built upon Microsoft Power Platform, i.e. canvas applications, model-driven applications, Power Automate and other products within Power Platform.
  • Sharing knowledge within the team.
  • Working closely with the customer to ensure alignment with ever-changing business requirements.
  • Research and development of relevant technologies and products.

Must-have skills & experience:

  • At least 2 years of IT professional experience in developing software solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in building canvas and model-driven apps
  • Very good knowledge of the Power Platform capabilities and roadmap, i.e. Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
  • Communication skills that allow you to consult business requirements, share progress and present demos in front of the customer.
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer.
  • Practical knowledge of the Software Delivery Life Cycle.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritise.
  • English (min B2).

Nice-to-have skills & experience:

  • Knowledge of .NET / HTML / CSS.
  • XRM API / Custom plugin development.
  • Experience in integration across Power Platform using Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps and REST services.
  • Usage of Azure DevOps in Power Platform solutions.
  • PL-100, PL-200 or PL-400 certificates.

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us, or we read your profile on Linkedin (if you have provided a link). We will try to contact you as soon as possible.   2. During this conversation, we would like to find out a bit more about you. Usually, we are curious about your experience, knowledge of tools and technologies, or we verify the level of your language skills. You can also ask us questions about the role and other topics that you find important.

  3. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Development area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 
  4. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  5. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
