About the role:

Smarten up is what PMO is all about. We take the processes of standardisation, controlling and forecasting - and we put life into them to make the team’s life easier. How do we achieve this? We calculate financial prognosis, provide customized metrics of project team’s work and we share advice on how to get it done in a more optimal manner. Documents, templates, and charts - we find them quite interesting.

Your daily work:

  • Supporting successful delivery of projects through facilitation, tracking project status and reporting.
  • Managing project financials - cost, revenues, invoicing, financial forecasts, and budget monitoring.
  • Monitoring, controlling and managing changes in project scope.
  • Implementation of new standards and processes.
  • Building positive relationships with colleagues, e. g. to effectively facilitate meetings.
  • Supporting the PMO team in standardizing, facilitating and automating project support processes.
  • Ensuring project management documentation (reports and plans) is - always relevant, accurate, complete and in time.
  • Supporting allocation of project resources.
  • Supporting project teams in administrative tasks.
Must have:
2+ years of project management experience Data analysis Problem-solving and analytical skills Excel and Power Point skills Self-organization and independence Interpersonal skills English (min. C1)

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us, or we read your profile on Linkedin (if you have provided a link). We will try to contact you as soon as possible. However, if we decide not to contact you now - don't worry. You can give your consent to participate in future recruitment processes and we will contact you in the future.

  2. During this conversation, we would like to find out a bit more about you. Usually, we are curious about your experience, knowledge of tools and technologies, or we verify the level of your language skills. You can also ask us questions about the role and other topics that you find important.

  3. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Project Management area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. During such a meeting, we also ask you to complete a task related to the role you are applying for.

  4. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  5. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
