Job description

About the role:

Your daily work:

  • Being a proactive office host and making sure the office is a comfortable and maintained space to be in for guests and Objectivity employees.
  • Coordination of projects related to space planning, new offices, moves, workplace design changes.
  • Support with driving change, innovation, process automation and continuous improvements in the team and organization
  • Coordinate efforts of the team to deliver results and effectiveness in projects/tasks, services and goals.
  • Provide friendly and engaging support to Objectivity employees.
  • Cooperation with suppliers
  • Tracking stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Preparing cost breakdowns, budget estimates etc.
  • Handling of phone calls and correspondence (letters, packages), couriers and other reception activities.
  • Ensuring proper documents flow and upkeep
  • Effectively liaise with other departments
  • Ad hoc tasks and assignments

Must-have skills & experience:

  • Experience in the similar role.
  • English (min. B2).
  • Proactively seeking improvements.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Accountable and results driven.
  • Great organisational skills.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Jira,
  • Project coordination experience
  • Experience in the IT environment.

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us, or we read your profile on Linkedin (if you have provided a link). We will try to contact you as soon as possible. However, if we decide not to contact you now - don't worry. You can give your consent to participate in future recruitment processes and we will contact you in the future.

  2. During this conversation, we would like to find out a bit more about you. Usually, we are curious about your experience, knowledge of tools and technologies, or we verify the level of your language skills. You can also ask us questions about the role and other topics that you find important.

  3. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Office Administration area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 

  4. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  5. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
