Close collaboration and direct communication with other team members and the client is an important part of our delivery process. Your daily work:
- Taking part in planning and building the system architecture,
- Identifying available tools and selecting solutions for the client,
- Developing systems based on .NET technologies on the backend side with angular or on the frontend side, usually hosted in Azure,
- Taking care of the quality of the solution by following best practices, e.g. code review, unit/integration/e2e testing, etc.,
- Sharing your knowledge and experience among your team and across the company,
- Proactive engagement and contact with various stakeholders at the client side to better understand the business context and to deliver optimal outcomes,
- Close collaboration with other team members with different roles (Technical Architect, Quality Engineers, Business Analyst, Project Manager and other Developers) in order to deliver optimal solution for our clients,
- Continuous improvement of your fundamental skills.

The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Development area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. During such a meeting, we also ask you to complete technical task related to the role you are applying for.

Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.
