Job description

Your daily work:

Service design area: 

  • Proactively looking for opportunities to drive design changes inside and outside the company 
  • Sharing trends: emerging designs, technology, industry, regulatory and market ones with the team or community.
  • Defining the best practices and methods to approach problems and set solution hypothesis.

Work with an external client: 

  • Match and challenge business' and users’ needs with the most optimal experience design solution.
  • Actively participating in planning and conducting client co-design sessions,  design workshops, and project meetings.

Daily challenges: 

  • Defining or advising teammates on a Human Centric Design approach for the project, products and services.
  • Planning discovery phase and conducting workshops with clients, stakeholders or team members, user research (IDI, usability tests etc), as well as analysing findings and presenting outputs for client.
  • Supporting design of different types of solutions (b2c and b2b applications, enterprise).
  • Creating wireframes, user paths, lo-fi mock-ups and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Being a sparring partner for colleagues.

Our requirements: 

Must have:

  • You are the person with an inquiring mind and curiosity to ask why and dig deeper to understand the root causes of ambiguous customer problems. 
  • You have great communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to effectively work with senior stakeholders and facilitate difficult discussions with the team. 
  • You have experience in facilitating on-site and remote design/discovery workshops. 
  • You have experience in conducting user and market research using various methods 
  • You speak English fluently (C1+) and you have the ability to cooperate with foreign clients. 

Optional: 

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in Research, Design Thinking, Service Design or UX. 
  • You can deliver Low-Fi UX designs to product and technical teams that are easy to understand. 
  • You have an array of design skills, which might include visual, conversational, information architecture, prototyping, strategic design methods and user research. 
  • You have experience in facilitating on-site and remote design/discovery workshops. 
  • You have experience in working in multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • You have experience with working for foreign clients and within multinational teams.

At Objectivity, I hold the role of the Head of Design -  I design space for exploration and experimentation for the research and design team. I believe that the key skill in the work of a designer is the ability to communicate discovered problems and proposed solutions in a clear and precise manner. I have been working in the IT industry since 2009, and before that, I had cooperated with UXPin, Ideacto, Divante and Witflow for years. I spend my free time composing pieces of music or listening to music while running or riding a bike.
