Hello! My name is Radek.

I am a designer, husband, dad and a man looking for solutions. At Objectivity, I hold the role of the Head of Design -  I design space for exploration and experimentation for the research and design team. I believe that the key skill in the work of a designer is the ability to communicate discovered problems and proposed solutions in a clear and precise manner. I have been working in the IT industry since 2009, and before that, I had cooperated with UXPin, Ideacto, Divante and Witflow for years. I spend my free time composing pieces of music or listening to music while running or riding a bike.
