About the role:

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our In-House Lawyers team and work in a value driven IT organization. In-house lawyer is a part of independent team cooperating with multiple Objectivity branches. As a team we are responsible for providing full legal support for all Objectivity companies in all geographies.

Your daily work:

  • Supporting Objectivity GmbH regarding all legal matters, in particular Intellectual Property Law, Personal Data Protection and Privacy, Cyberlaw, E-commerce, Corporate Law, Civil Law, Employment Law, 
  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating policies, guidelines and software development contracts with German clients, 
  • Contract negotiations with service suppliers, licensors, resellers etc., 
Must have:
Qualified in German law 3+ years of professional experience Precise & transparent communication Self-organization and independence English (min. C1) German (min. C1)

Recruitment process

  2. During this conversation, we would like to find out a bit more about you. Usually, we are curious about your experience, knowledge of tools and technologies, or we verify the level of your language skills. You can also ask us questions about the role and other topics that you find important.

  3. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Legal area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 

  4. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  5. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
