About the role:
We are looking for a candidate for the position of a Financial Analyst. At Objectivity, in the Finance Guild, we have specialised teams dedicated to finance areas (payroll, controlling, accounting and taxes). Whenever you are in need, you can also count on support of our legal team.
Your daily work:
- Reviewing of financial reporting processes and looking for areas to improve from both technical and content perspective
- Maintenance of current reporting tools
- Recommend and create new reporting tools
- Active response to the business needs with delivering appropriate data
- Make sure that presented reports are understandable and easy to read for business management
- Make assumptions and recommendations based on the prepared calculations
- Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Building partner relationship with a business
You are The One, If You have:
- Talent for financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of finance in service organisation and business acumen
- Experience in similar role
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Business Intelligence tools
- SQL skills
- Very good PowerPoint skills
- Good time management and communication skills in both Polish and English
- Strong drive towards completion of tasks and great team working skills
- Good work organisation and professionalism in action
- Higher education (e.g. finance, accounting, economics)

The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Finance area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills.
