About the role:

In Objectivity, as Digital Transformation Consultants we leverage IT to accelerate clients' businesses. We are responsible for leading important initiatives achieving goals and leveraging IT by making things happen with attachment to high quality. We are looking for candidates having rich hands-on experience and established methods of working with digital transformation projects.

Your daily work:

  • Identification, assessment and analysis of client’s goals and challenges, 
  • Understanding the context of client’s organisation and situation in terms of business and technology, 
  • Providing analyses and designs within the scope of client’s digital solutions and products, 
  • Working along client’s stakeholders of various seniority, 
  • Providing high quality deliverables throughout projects.

Digital transformation initiatives helping clients to fully utilise modern technology in their businesses, Short- and mid-term advisory, design or audit projects in areas such as:

  • Enterprise and solutions architecture,
  • Digital products and platforms,
  • Business and IT alignment,
  • Agile software development lifecycle / applications lifecycle management,
  • IT & digital strategy,
  • Change management,

We employ modern approaches, frameworks and technologies related to digital solutions including cloud, data analytics, AI & ML, DevOps.

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us. We will try to contact you as soon as possible. However, if we decide not to contact you now - don't worry. You can give your consent to participate in future recruitment processes and we will contact you in the future.

  2. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Consultancy area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 
  3. We want to get to know you and show you a little of the reality of Objectivity.

  4. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  5. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
