About the role

Can you describe yourself as a perfectly organised person with getting-things-done attitude? 

Assistants Guild is a department that provides support to Managers and Directors in their daily work. We are a group of experts who aim to take care of supervisors’ administrative and business areas of interest. 

We're looking for a person that will support the Team of Managers responsible for technical aspects of delivery. 

We offer  full-time work based on a contract of employment.

Your daily work:

  • Managing outlook (especially the calendar, including setting priorities),
  • Taking minutes and chasing actions,
  • Coordinating the logistics of business meetings, conferences, business trips etc.,
  • Preparing and distributing reports and materials for business purposes,
  • Preparing and distributing Jira reports 
  • Direct cooperation with PL management.

You are the One, if you have:

  • Experience in the Assistant position (at least 2 years) or in a similar role,
  • Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
  • Strong command of English (B2 level is a must),
  • Communication skills, that can be used in, e.g. building strong relationships,
  • Organisational skills (planning, executing) with the ability to multitask and work under time pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Jira,
  • Experience in the IT environment

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us. We will try to contact you as soon as possible. However, if we decide not to contact you now - don't worry. You can give your consent to participate in future recruitment processes and we will contact you in the future.

  2. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Assistants Team at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 

  3. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  4. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
