About the role:

Our teams are co-creating payroll, analytics, and engagement software for one of our clients, an HR software and services leader. Our goal is to create a new product that will replace the existing solution. That’s why we are working with the newest technologies. You won’t work alone - you will be  part of the team, where developers, technical architects, business analysts, and testers work together. We are also continuously improving our skills and knowledge through peer code reviews. We want you to implement your ideas with us, and we would like to hear your opinion. 

Your daily work:

  • Creating reusable Angular components,
  • Developing applications in web-based technologies like Angular (9 and above), UI Router, Typescript, Rxjs, and Sass,
  • Creating Cross-browser compatible code,
  • Unit testing with Jasmine,
  • Working with Storybook,
  • Following Reactive programming rules and responsive web design approach,
  • Active communication with the client,
  • Participating in the analysis, estimation, design, implementation, and testing of new functionalities,
  • Providing high-quality standards of programming, 
  • Supporting Product Owner in the quality of the stories and staying on track with the overall project goal,
  • Sharing knowledge, setting standards, having an impact on the best practices,
  • You can focus solely on the front-end side.

Recruitment process

  1. Good decision! At this stage, we verify the documents that you have sent to us. We will try to contact you as soon as possible. However, if we decide not to contact you now - don't worry. You can give your consent to participate in future recruitment processes and we will contact you in the future.

  2. During this conversation, we would like to find out a bit more about you. Usually, we are curious about your experience, knowledge of tools and technologies, or we verify the level of your language skills. You can also ask us questions about the role and other topics that you find important.

  3. The meeting is held remotely and takes the form of a video call. Apart from an HR Specialist, you will also meet people working in the Development area at Objectivity. This will be a great opportunity for you to get all the necessary information about the role, projects and opportunities in our company - directly from the people working in this role. We are also curious about your experiences and expectations, as well as your skills. 

  4. Finally, it is time for a reply. Our principle is to provide valuable feedback after the recruitment process. You will receive our observations and insights, regardless of the recruitment result. The time for providing feedback is a maximum of 2 weeks, but in most cases, we will get back to you within a week from our last meeting.

  5. Your opinion matters! We wouldn’t be able to improve our recruitment process without your support. Therefore, after completing the recruitment, we will ask you to leave your comment and opinion on our cooperation - in the form of a short questionnaire. Every month, we analyse the results and take action to make our recruitment process even better.
