As a Team Leader, you will be working with people that are delivering applications in rapid development approach. You will lead an engineering team and help them in successful growth in term of technical excellence and delivered solution.

We are looking for a person with a technical background who is willing to lead the team and work in rapid application development eco-system. Experience with any rapid application development platform is an advantage, but we help you learn it on-board if necessary 🙂

Your Role:

Leading team consisting of up to 10 people in delivering working software end-to-end.

Define solutions for technical challenges which the team is facing during the project lifecycle (managing the project’s technical direction as well as communicating with the project stakeholders with respect to all major decisions).

Participating in all delivery phases from pre-sales activities through estimation up to the release.

Known as an innovator who is eager to adopt the rapid application development technology.

Leading deployment, code reviews and influencing technical discussions and decisions.

You are The One, if you have:

Strong leadership skills.

Experience in the complete SDLC (implementation, testing and acceptance of software applications).

Passion for technology and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Very good interpersonal and communications skills, you are a good team player.

Experience with software development (any language / technology).

At least 5 years of IT professional experience, (including minimum 1-2 years as a leader/team leader).

What would be an asset:

Knowledge of web/mobile applications design patterns.

Knowledge of version control systems.

Experience with cloud development / deployment technologies, especially Azure, AWS and Cloud Foundry.

Experience with any rapid application development platform is an advantage, but we help you learn it on-board if necessary :)
