Team Leader (Low-code Development)

As a Team Leader, you will be working with people that are delivering applications in low-code approach. You will lead an engineering team and help them in successful growth in term of technical excellence and delivered solution.

We are looking for a person with a technical background who is willing to lead the team and work in low-code technology eco-system. Experience with any low-code platform is a plus, but we help to learn it on-board if needed.

Your role

Leading team up to 10 people in delivering working software end-to-end.

Build relations with customers.

Successfully manage and execute onsite presentations, proof of concepts and pilots.

Translating customer's requirements (business processes) into application on low-code development platforms.

Known as an innovator who is eager to adopt the low-code development technology.

Act as a mentor to other low-code developers within the organisation.

Engaging with customers for scope and solution discussion.

Quoting / Estimation of new opportunities.

Participating in all delivery phases from pre-sales activities through estimation until the release.

You are the One, if you have

Strong leadership skills.

Experience in the complete SDLC (Implementation, testing and acceptation of software applications).

Passion for technology and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written English language skills.

Very good interpersonal and communications skills, good team collaboration.

Experience with software development (any language / technology).

At least 5 years of IT professional experience, including min. 1-2 years as a leader/team leader .

What would be an asset

Knowledge of web pages user experience / accessibility patterns.

Knowledge of rapid application development tools (like Mendix, OutSystems, Appian, Kodi or Microsoft PowerApps).

Experience with Scrum/Agile environments.

Ability to travel.

Experience with RPA or /and SAP would be an asset.

Knowledge of mobile applications user experience / accessibility patterns.

Experience with cloud development / deployment technologies, especially Azure, AWS and Cloud Foundry.

Knowledge of version control systems.

Experience with any low-code platform is a plus, but we help to learn it on-board if needed :)
