Key duties and responsibilities:

Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.

Research and analyze competitor advertising links.

Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Optimise content and landing pages for search engine marketing.

Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.

Develop and implement link building strategy.

Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming (SEO friendly texts and articles).

You are the One if you have:

Proven SEO experience on PL and UK markets. It might be DE market, if you have relevant skills and experience, and willingness to take care of that area.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.

You're up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, knowledge of SEM trends is a plus.

Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.

Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.

Fluent English, at least C1 level.

Nice to have:

Proven SEM experience managing PPC Google campaigns on PL and UK markets.

Experience in tracking, reporting, and analysing website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.

Fluent German, if you would be to work on German market.

Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Senuto, Semstorm, WebTrends).

Knowledge of managing and optimising campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.

Analysis of the application

We read through every single CV we are sent. A positive outcome here will mean you are invited for an interview.

The interview

You’ll have the chance to meet specialists from our HR Department, as well as from the Technical Department to which you have applied. We want to get to know you and show you a little of the reality of Objectivity.

Assessment Centre

We only organise this when we are recruiting people who will have direct contact with clients. During the assessment centre there will be simulated tasks which a PM or BA may meet when working for Objectivity.
