Senior Project Management Advisor

We are an agile-oriented, value-driven team of more than 700 professionals, who strive to deliver our clients excellent software. We like to call ourselves digital transformation specialists. We’ve been working for many well-known brands since the year 1991 from Coventry (UK) and in 2005, we set up our fully owned development center in Wrocław (PL). In every relation we build – especially between the colleagues, us and clients, us and suppliers – Win Win solutions. We create informal atmosphere, where everyone is equal, so you may always share your thoughts with your supervisor. Your opinions are welcome, because you are treated as an expert in your field. Win Win is our central philosophy, and this holds true for all our stakeholders: clients, employees, suppliers and shareholders.

If you are experienced Project Manager who likes to share knowledge and able to detect project vulnerabilities, if you can easily notice excessive optimism or pessimism, if you can simply 'smell'' the status of a project – you are just who we are looking for!

The Project Management Advisory team provides an independent review, which is a part of our Integrity pledge. It draws focus of the Board to projects, which require attention and support. It also can instigate an urgent Project Board review. It is in constant communication with our clients, to ensure and support delivery excellence. Finally, this team decides which tools to use and which projects require attention, within agreed framework. PM advisor role comes with a lot of flexibility and responsibility, therefore it requires a mature approach of experienced individuals.

Your independent opinion about project condition, consultancy skills and project management knowledge can help assure transparent communication with stakeholders which is most important for us and our Clients.

Your recommendations and opinions are important for us and can help to decide where our Guilds should support or help in difficult project’s situations. Your responsibility will be also escalating potential problems to assure that early enough we can mitigate project and program risks.

We are the team of project management experts who take care of reliability of projects progress reporting, inspire project managers with ideas, advice project management teams. If you familiar with that way of working – just join us!
