Currently we are looking for a new team member to our Sales Team located in Germany. In this role your main responsibility will be to deliver revenue through new customer acquisition in DACH region by selling high-value software services.

Your Role

Building and maintaining trusting relationships and network of potential clients on German market.

Managing sales cycle to close - from business development prospecting through contract negotiations, signing, to hand-over to operation teams.

End to end responsibility for prospects.

Adding input to the company value proposition.

Participating in presentations and facilitating sales meetings.

Objectivity Brand Ambassador on the German market.

Developing in-depth understanding of Objectivity value proposition and the value it brings in solving business problems.

Identifying, qualifying and closing new opportunities.

Proving value to potential clients and helping them to grow their business through IT solutions.

Generating sales pipeline.

Incorporating Objectivity Values to conduct day to day business.

Taking care of proposals, presentation and sales materials together with teams.

Co-operating with other teams inside and outside Objectivity

For this position we are looking for a natural born sales personality who is:

Superb relationship builder and negotiator.

Speaks fluent German and good English and have professional communication ability – both written and spoken.

Willing to travel across Germany.

Result driven sales hunter.

Strong and capable leader that is self-motivated and driven to win the confidence and trust of clients.

Has experience in generating sales pipeline.

Experience in IT sales will be a strong asset.
