You will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment and taking care of on-boarding process of newbies. You will have a day to day contact with the business and ability to implement all your ideas on how to encourage people to join us and stay for a long time 🙂

Your role:

Being part of the best in-house recruitment team.

Building a partner relationship with a business - an important voice in decision-making.

Participating in building the employer's image through out-of-the box ideas.

0 Recruiting KPIs, reporting limited to the necessary minimum - common sense replaces them well in the agile work environment.

Cooperating with technical recruiters.

Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for both Polish and sometimes the British or German market.

Creating an extraordinary Candidate Experience.

Having variety of tasks and freedom in action.

Monitoring your process and assessing its effectiveness using available tools

Cooperating with the leaders in an on-boarding process. Taking care of a new employee at Objectivity for the first three months.

You are The One, if you:

Have min. 3 years of experience, thanks to which does not mistake Java with JavaScript :)

Have experience in recruiting to the UK or in the UK :) is nice to have.

Do not expect loads of CV in response to an advertisement and come to us with ideas how to reach the best candidates - proactive attitude.

Build partner relations with technical recruiters and other stakeholders.

Know that the recruitment meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and not to test the candidate.

Like to talk, are a great listener and care about the great atmosphere of conversation.

Switch to English fluently. British English will be a great advance.
