This position is aimed at those who work in IT and want to dive into the rapid development technology based on Mendix.

Your role:

Successfully manage and execute onsite presentations, Proof of Concepts and pilots

Engaging with customers for scope and solution discussion

Develop high-quality applications based on rapid development platforms (i.e. Mendix)

Leading team up to 6 people in delivering working software end-to-end.

Known as an innovator who is eager to adopt the rapid development technology

Quoting / Estimation of new opportunities

Translating customer's requirements (business processes) into application

Act as a mentor to other rapid developers within the organization

Working on customer site (travelling time of up to 80% with exceptional benefits).

You are the One if you have:

Experience in implementing out-of-the-box solutions (e.g. SAP, CRM, Oracle Retail, etc.).

Passion for technology and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with working directly with the customer (strong communication skills)

Excellent verbal and written English language skills

Experience in the complete SDLC (Implementation, testing and acceptation of software applications)

Experience with relational databases

Strong leadership skills

What would be an asset:

Knowledge of rapid application development tools, especially Mendix (but also Appian, OutSystems etc.)

Knowledge of and interest in object oriented or model driven development

Knowledge of SCRUM and Agile

Knowledge about XPath, Bootstrap, CSS and HTML
