We believe that a Programme Director having a rich view on how the organisation is functioning is the best person to drive change across the whole company, helping it grow and transform. That is why we see this role among the most senior positions in the organisation, with access to all forums and help needed to influence change outside of the managed programme.

Your key role as a Programme Director will be responsibility for successful delivery of Objectivity Programmes, specifically:

  • To be ultimately accountable for team/tribe/performance, deliverables and financial results,
  • To own and complete accountability of the set-ups of engagements from “cradle to grave”,
  • To execute “Delivery Excellence” and maintain focus on “solutions to business problems and not on software”,
  • To champion customers and Objectivity in each other’s organisation,
  • To own the customer experience throughout the engagement,
  • To contribute the development of our company by enhancing “Objectivity Way” to stay ahead of the competition and maintain our uniqueness.

Develop insight of customer’s expectations, business case, governance regime, constraints, risks and build a strong relationship with the clients to enable a long term profitable engagement by “making things happen”,

Plan the programmes from start to completion involving deadlines, milestones and processes,

Identify, analyse the external & internal stakeholder landscape. Devise appropriate strategies for addressing their needs,

Deliver value by ensuring lessons are learnt at different levels (technical, managerial, organisational etc.) and appropriate changes are made; create, maintain, implement plans for best practices,

Draw balance in the “employee - customer” equation,

Consult and collaborate with other tribes/back office functions as appropriate,

Create, maintain, implement plans for best practice for different types of engagements,

As part of the management team, create value by developing Objectivity as an attractive organisation for the customers and employees and actively promote “One Objectivity”,

Create and maintain governance set-up appropriate for engagements to deliver result that is excellent value for money, with great customer experience,

Design, develop and create/change team set-up for customer/programme success,

Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and determine the need for improvements; create, communicate and execute the recovery plan when needed,

Discover ways to enhance effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of procedures and people,

Create value by challenging and developing the “Objectivity Way” inside and outside the programme,

Engage with Sales, Service and Marketing Teams, shape and contribute to our responses, visit customers and actively participate to win businesses,

Improve company Tools, Processes and ways of working to meet (changing) needs of (enterprise) customers and create assets and templates,

Support other tribes/business units as appropriate.

You are a perfect fit if you are:

Experienced in building and delivering high profile business programmes,

Experienced in consulting,

Familiar with enterprise customers and understand different stakeholder needs and expectations,

Able and willing to engage with client executives on difficult/big ticket items on your own,

Collaborator, leader.

Commercially focused and meticulous about customer,

Fluent in implementation of fundamental changes according to external/internal feedback,

We are looking for a candidate with:

Hands-on experience of leading large and complex IT programmes within international organizations - either from the client side or from the side of a partner (7+ years),

Solid experience in shaping and designing customer engagements,

Mastery of soft skills (Consulting, Persuasion, Negotiation, Communication),

Excellent written and spoken English,

Similar set of values to ours.

Thorough understanding of project/programme management techniques and methods,

Experience of leading and mentoring senior group of technologists,

Passion for technology and innovation,

Analysis of the application

We read through every single CV we are sent. A positive outcome here will mean you are invited for an interview.


The interview

You’ll have the chance to meet specialists from our HR Department, as well as from the Technical Department to which you have applied. We want to get to know you and show you a little of the reality of Objectivity.


Assessment Centre

We only organise this when we are recruiting people who will have direct contact with clients. During the assessment centre there will be simulated tasks which a PM or BA may meet when working for Objectivity.
