Junior PM Challenge

Wrocław

We are an agile-oriented, value-driven team of more than 700 professionals, who strive to deliver our clients excellent software. We like to call ourselves digital transformation specialists. We’ve been working for many well-known brands since the year 1991 from Coventry (UK) and in 2005, we set up our fully owned development center in Wrocław (PL).

Do you think you would prove yourself in the role of a Project Manager?

Would you like to find out how to create IT projects in practice – on a living organism? Are you interested in the theory and practice of IT project management?

The plan is as follows:

We are organizing a Junior PM Challenge, i.e. workshops which aim at taking a closer look at IT projects.

After the workshops, those having the greatest potential will be selected and invited to take part in the recruitment process in order to discuss plans for the future, our expectations and PM-related areas.

You will experience and get familiar with the daily work of a Project Manager in the following areas:

1. Project initiation and planning.

2. Effective communication management & reporting.

3. Data analysis and proper project status request.

4. Risk management.

5. Planning and management of a project budget.

All the areas will be covered in the form of an interactive workshop, the part of which is to share theory as well as to work on tasks simulating daily activities of a Project Manager.

The only thing that is expected from you is to keep an open mind, get involved and cooperate with the group.

Application deadline: 28.07.2019

Workshops date: 10.08.2019
