We are seeking for an experienced lawyer to join our In-House Lawyers team and work in a value-driven IT organization. We offer participation in highly interesting, innovative IT projects from the legal perspective. You can expect hyper-growth opportunities and respect for your ideas.

Responsibilities:

Supporting Objectivity Limited in contract negotiations with clients i.e. drafting framework agreements, work packages and other legal project documentation based mostly on UK law,

Providing legal advice in the area of UK Employment Law,

Drafting policies and guidelines,

Cooperation with external legal offices,

Supporting Objectivity Limited in contract negotiations with service suppliers, licensors, resellers etc.,

Providing legal advice in other areas, i.e. Intellectual Property Law, Personal Data Protection, Corporate Law, Civil Law,

Cooperation and providing legal advice to other companies within Objectivity Capital Group,

Staying up-to-date with applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance.

You are The One, if you are:

Willing to work in Objectivity’s office in Wroclaw,

Fluency in English is a must, oral and written,

Ability to prioritize and manage fast-paced workload,

Proactive, self-starter who shows project ownership and enjoys working across departments,

Ability to work independently.

UK Law Qualification, SRA Admitted Solicitor preferred,

3+ years of professional experience in contract management or as an In-House lawyer in UK-law based environment,

Excellent negotiation skills,

Excellent organizational and communication skills,
