If you join us, your will be:

Supporting Objectivity GmbH regarding all legal matters, in particular Intellectual Property Law, Personal Data Protection and Privacy, Cyberlaw, E-commerce, Corporate Law, Civil Law, Employment Law.

Cooperating and providing legal advice to the Polish and English companies in the Objectivity Group.

Cooperating with external legal offices.

Keeping up-to-date on applicable laws, regulations and industry guidance and assisting with implementing relevant changes within the organization.

Reviewing, drafting and negotiating policies, guidelines and software development agreements with German clients.

Drafting shareholder’s resolutions and agreements.

Advising Management Team on risk analysis and complex legal transactions.

You are The One, if you are:

Qualified in German law. German commercial and/or corporate law experience a plus.

Have 2+ years of professional experience.

Proactive, self-starter who shows project ownership and enjoys working across departments.

Fluent in both German and English is a must, both oral and written.

Able to prioritize and manage fast-paced workload.

Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
