What will you do?

Prepare HR reports (monthly, quarterly & ad hoc) with analysis & conclusions.

Identify and implement HR processes improvements and best practices, especially in Comp&Ben and Retain area.

Interact with data owners and providers.

Validate and maintain HR data source to make sure data used in reports is correct.

Understand business correlation of analysed data, provide consulting and advice to the Management.

What do you need?

Statistics, Mathematics or similar education background.

Strong analytical skills with hands on ability to collect, analyse and visualise large datasets and draw appropriate conclusions.

Excellent team player with pro-active, positive personality and "can-do" attitude.

Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of Tableau (create and maintain dashboards) and Power BI.

Knowledge of SQL would be an asset.

2 years plus working experience as HR Data Scientist/Analyst, preferably in IT sector.

Detail-orientation, high degree of accuracy.

Fluency in Business English.

Knowledge of Comp&Ben would be an asset.
