Your role:

daily, weekly and monthly update and management of internal communications channels (newsletter, info kiosks, events, intranet and others) – including tracking and measurement of the effectiveness

implementing innovation in communication tactics and tools

contribution to the creation of the communication plan and responsibility for its execution

content creation for a variety of mediums (digital, print, events, competitions, social media, engagement decks, briefings etc.) to support company’s culture of open communication

coordinating employee events including CSR and knowledge-sharing initiatives

ad-hoc support upon guilds and tribes (our business units) needs.

You are The One, if you have:

proven copywriting skills

project management and organizational skills

drive to work creatively and craft compelling content for various formats (intranet, newsletter, poster, handbook etc.)

proficiency with Sharepoint based intranet and MS Office

strong command of English – min. C1 level

min. 2 years of experience in communication, CSR, PR, HR or NGO

interpersonal skills that let you engage other people
