The scale of growth of the development team at Objectivity generates an endless series of challenges, both operational and strategic ones. Therefore, we are looking for technical managers and leaders, who can combine activities related to team or department management with being technically 'sharp'. We guarantee an interesting role, which, depending on your predisposition and preferences, will include working with people, or working with the client, or even winning new markets.

Your role:

Management of the competences of specialists through creating training and development plans and planning of involvement in the projects.

Creation of company’s investment strategy in new areas of technology.

Taking care of the recruitment process; analysing the IT labour market in Poland.

Support for creation of internal tools and practices along with their implementation and enforcement.

Presenting know-how of the company to potential or current customers.

Listening to the internal needs of the organization, for example through an open communication with the Board in the UK.

You are The One, if you:

Have experience as a development team leader.

Have worked with the client; nice to have experience in close cooperation with the software sales team.

Are willing to work as an evangelist of good practices and tools and an innovator with an open mind and ‘can do’ attitude.

Have a strong technical background, like experience as an architect and are passionate about new technologies.

Are able to maintain a balance between operational activities, long-term objectives and implementation of the team and company strategy.
