Your role as a Senior Quality Engineer:

Working in agile team with business analysts, developers and project managers to create one excellent product,

Measuring quality level by performing various types of web application testing (ex. functional, security, performance, integration, usability and other),

Advising and mentoring colleagues from the team,

Taking part in preparation and implementation of manual and automated test cases in web environment,

Planning test types to the project scope,

Working with clients on a face-to-face basis.

Your role as a Team Leader:

Knowing customer’s business and teaching the team how to bring value and innovation to business,

Mentoring team members, giving them feedback and making sure they are making progress on their way to being better testers,

Collaborates effectively in product development, release, testing and other entities to ensure execution and deliverables as planned.

Ensuring effective delivery and quality of solutions along with the entire project team,

Being responsible and effective. Having courage to challenge status quo and inspire people to be active in introducing changes,

You are the one if you have:

Expert knowledge of QA processes and techniques in testing,

Experience in planning, estimating, writing and running tests,

Basic knowledge of programming (C#, Java, JavaScript or other),

Ability to think analytically,

Involvement, accuracy, thoroughness, organization of work, disposition to be a team player,

Good knowledge of test automation processes and tools (Selenium WebDriver) and continuous integration (desirable),

ISTQB certificated (desirable),

Experience in web application testing (at least 4 years in various projects),

Experience in creating test documentation (test plan, test report, basic test records),

Very good, practical knowledge of SQL,

Proactivity in sharing skills and knowledge,

Good command of English in speaking and writing,

Experience in non-functional testing and performance testing (desirable),

Knowledge of Agile methodologies (desirable).
