Your role

Provide first line support for UK based customers.

Resolving incidents defined in knowledge base.

Reporting progress of incident solutions to the Customer and respective Teams.

Building high quality relationships with both the customer and the internal teams.

Logging all relevant incident/service request details and allocating category and priority codes.

Routing issues to respective Teams that cannot be resolved by the Service Operations Team.

Keeping communication level high from beginning to end of the process.

Proactive tracking of ongoing processes.

You are The One, if You have

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

High level of customer focus and empathy.

Attention to detail and proactive management.

Previous professional experience in customer service.

Ability to work under pressure.

Nice to have

Experience with Azure and MS SQL Server.
