Rapid Application Engineer


We have a team of more than 600 experts, who know their stuff. We use common sense more often than we use the procedures. And most probably, we play the most fierce table football matches in Wrocław. We develop Enterprise-class software in the atmosphere full of the English sense of humour.

This position is aimed at those who work in IT and want to dive into the rapid development technology based on Mendix, not software developers only. If you are interested in delivering value by tailoring proven solution, if you like quick delivery, experience with similar technologies (SAP, CRM, etc.), or you want to choose your new career path we are happy to get your CV. Experience with Mendix or similar technologies is a plus, but we help to learn it on-board.

Your Role:

Translating customer requirements into web application.

Visual programming with low-code/no-code tools (modeling application logic in a Visio-like way rather than coding).

Developing user-friendly applications with modern styling.

Designing data models (comparable to UML / ER diagrams).

Constructing interfaces and integrations such as web services.

You are The One, if you have:

Knowledge about HTML, CSS; JavaScript and Xpath will be an advantage.

Experience with SQL and relational databases.

Good verbal and written English language enabling successful and effective communication with clients.

Knowledge about model driven software development.

Passion for technology and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to travel (at least 50% of time on site).

What would be an asset:

Basic programming skills.

Knowledge of rapid application development tools, especially Mendix.

Experience with SOA Architectures (SOAP, RESTfull Web Services).

Knowledge of version control systems (like SVN/GIT, TeamCity/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence etc.).

Knowledge of web pages user experience / accessibility patterns.

Experience with cloud development / deployment technologies, especially Azure or AWS and Cloud Foundry.

Experience with Scrum/Agile environments.
