Your role:

Reviewing various project aspects, including: cost incurred, project schedule progress, project deliverables, risks management, change management, human resource management.

Verifying if all relevant project artifacts are in place and correct procedures are used.

Finding good practices, advising and sharing knowledge with Project Managers.

Proposing improvements in existing procedures and processes.

Challenging Project Managers.

Escalating project’s issues to the Project Manager, Management and the Board (if necessary).

Summary reporting of all project statuses to the higher management and to the organization.

Reviewing project communication channels.

You are The One, if you have:

Knowledge of the software development process.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Strong communication and documenting skills.

Readiness to do repetitive but highly responsible tasks.

Very good spoken and written English.

Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the project management area (software development preferable).

Knowledge of project management approaches or methodologies (e.g. Agile, PMBOK, PRINCE2).

Questioning and inquisitive mind.

Attention to detail.

Analysis of the application

We read through every single CV we are sent. A positive outcome here will mean you are invited for an interview.

The interview

You’ll have the chance to meet specialists from our HR Department, as well as from the Technical Department to which you have applied. We want to get to know you and show you a little of the reality of Objectivity.

Assessment Centre

We only organise this when we are recruiting people who will have direct contact with clients. During the assessment centre there will be simulated tasks which a PM or BA may meet when working for Objectivity.
