Internity _be level up

Wrocław

It’s possible that you’ve heard about us in the context of the big events that we do: the annual WROC# conference, WROC# online webinars, zJava, PpoSH, and Business Analysts Meetup communities. The fact that 85% of our employees consider us a great place to work shows that we’re fond of good cooperation. And that we simply like each other. It’s thanks to the opinions of our own staff that we were recognized with the Great Place to Work 2018 award – taking 2nd place in the category of companies with 500+ employees. As you can see, we’re a pretty big team. Right now, there’s 650 of us, including 220 developers. When you ask us for specifics, we might answer “It depends”. It’s our policy to give employees as much freedom as they need to grow and flourish. This is aligned with the agile approach of collaborating with clients – instead of making them adjust to a product, we adjust to them by providing customized digital solutions. At Objectivity, we solve clients’ business problems with comprehensive software consulting, design, and delivery, which we then maintain for them. Working for a range of international clients, we’re proud to be present in practically every industry you could name.
