Your role:

Managing calendar and e-mails management, including e.g. prioritizing of information.

Preparing and distributing presentations, reports and materials for business meetings.

Following up on official business correspondence.

Direct cooperation with PL and UK management.

Managing relations with internal and external business partners.

Coordinating and handling the logistics of business meetings, conference-calls, business trips.

Keeping minutes.

Translating documents (Polish-English and vice versa).

Organizational support, e.g.: looking after visitors, internal and external meetings.

You are The One, if you have:

Experience in a Board Assistant role or similar - in IT area.

MS Office literate.

Perfect planning and organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under time pressure.

Strong command of English.

Excellent communication skills, that you can use e.g. in building strong relationships.
