Your Role:

Being responsible for coordinating and managing risk as well as ensuring communication flow in the project.

Being HR Manager for the British side of the company (the UK office having 20 employees on board), and therefore fluent English and readiness for business trips is a must.

Dealing with challenges connected with creating quality solutions in a rapidly growing company.

Cooperating with both Polish and UK board and employees, which requires high-level thinking and ability to put strategies into action.

Conducting recruitment processes for the top-level positions in the organization.

You are The One, If You:

Have extensive knowledge and experience in HR which is necessary to independently complete various HR tasks (ranging from employer branding to recruitment, development, HR analytics, building employee satisfaction and involvement). In return, you will have a significant impact not only on your position and tasks but also on the company itself.

Have experience and familiarity with the nature of employee labour market and international environment.

Have action-related attitude and the ability to put ideas into action.

Have knowledge of Polish and/or British labour would be an additional asset

Are focused on cultural aspects in order to ensure project consistency with Objectivity policy.

Have HR soul, namely easiness of establishing cooperation and ability to build long-term business relationship based on ethics and trust.

Are ready to create and implement innovative solutions and to take full responsibility for one’s work.
